By default, the option to Print This Year's GPA is not selected. This is because the cumulative GPA is not final until all grades are final and have been posted to the transcript. Once this process is complete, by sure to check this box when printing transcripts to send to colleges.

Printing Transcripts for previous years

PATH: Index > Grading & Standards > Reports > Columbus Custom Transcript

Make sure to choose the correct school year from the drop list.
Check 'Print this year's GPA' (it is not checked by default)
Enter an 'Enrollment Effective Date' that corresponds with the school year you want to print for.
- This date defaults to the current date, but you need to populate with a date that was a school day during that school year.
If the student does not appear in the 'Select a single student' list, then they were not enrolled in that year.

Print Based on Ad-Hoc Filter

Instead of printing an entire grade level or a single student, you can print transcripts based on an Ad-Hoc Filter that you created, or by utilizing an existing filter. Simply choose the Ad-Hoc radio button on the screen above and choose the filter you want. When you run the transcripts, only those students in your filter will be printed.
