Student Activities

The documents below outline the process for tracking a students participation in athletic activities on Infinite Campus

1. Enrollment

Students must have an enrollment at the school where the activity is held. If a student attends an alternative school placement and participates in athletics at a home school, they must be given a secondary enrollment at the school where they participate in athletics.

2. Schedule

Once enrolled each student will be scheduled into the activity during the activity period.

 

Schedule for Whetstone Student participating in Athletic Activity

Open

• Student has a full academic schedule during the school day and participates in Golf

 

Whetstone Schedule for Alternative Student participating in Athletics Only

• Student has the Athletics Only Blocker during the school day an participates in Cross Country.

3. Tracking Athletic Season Completion

At the completion of the athletic season the status of the student’s participation will be entered as Incomplete Season or Complete Season.
