Open the CCS Distributed Application Service (CCSDAS) using the link below.  Google Chrome web browser is required.

Login using your current CCS username and password. Once you have successfully logged in:

1. Select General Request

2. Select Data Request

3. Select Create

Open

• Select Internal as the Type of Request

• Select Type of Data Request

Open

6. Fill out the required Request Description

7. Select Date Needed By

8. Select Desired Format

9. Attached Any Documentation That May Help with Data Requisition

10. Select Submit
