Unable to Search a Student in a Building You Have Access to?

It's more than likely we haven’t made any changes to your tool rights.  You might be having issues with your browser cache.  The students you search at one building get stuck and display as the same students when you search another building.

 

Example: 

I am unable to access students from Innis and Easthaven on Infinite Campus.  It worked fine yesterday, so I'm not sure what happened.  

Instructions

First and foremost make sure you are in the correct school year and school. If the school year is correct then follow the below steps.

 

Open the Google Chrome Browser

  1. Go to the top right and click on three dot icon

  2. Click Clear Browsing Data > Make sure cached images and files is checked > Clear data
