The window for retention submission will open on May 2, 2025 and close on Jun 11, 2025 . All retentions must be submitted via CCSDAS, with the proper documentation, by Jun 11, 2025

Elementary schools should upload the signed Individual Academic Plan, Middle Schools should use the Grade Card (or the signed Individual Academic Plan), and High Schools should use Transcripts as documentation.

EVERY retention MUST have a parent/guardian contact logged in the PLP regarding the retention. If proper documentation AND a PLP Retention Notification entry are not present, the retention will be rejected. If unable to speak directly with the parent/guardian, there should be a minimum of 2 other avenues (email, US Mail, text message asking the parent to contact you, etc...) utilized to inform the parent/guardian of the retention.

In the PLP, "Retention Notification" should be selected in the Contact Type drop down and detailed information about the contact should be logged under Details.
