Graduation Verification Reports
Main Menu > Grading & Standards > CCS Reports - Graduation
Select the School Calendar
If you have “All Schools” and “All Calendars”, you can run these reports for the entire district, otherwise, select an school.
Click Grading & Standards from the Main Menu, then CCS Reports - Graduation
Select the desired report name
Current Year Graduates – Students with diploma dates for the current school year will appear in this report. This report is to verify all students coded as graduates have completed all Competency and Readiness graduation requirements. This is for all cohorts who will graduate this school year.
Graduate Verification – This report will show students who have a diploma date during this calendar school year. It will include students in grades 12 and 23 regardless if they have a diploma date entered or not. Grad Only students will appear in red text. Grad Only students are students who did not attend school this school year and have already completed course requirements, but needed to complete a portion of the graduation pathway requirements.
Graduation Seals - This report will display students who have Graduation Seals on the graduation tab. The Seals will display if the student was active any time this school year.
Mismatched Cohort Data - In ODDEX, select the Grad Cohort tab to view the data available for the student. You need to locate the value for FYB9G element. This value needs to be in Infinite Campus. Since Infinite Campus requires a date, you need to enter a date that falls within that fiscal year. If you don’t know the exact date, enter 7/01/20XX. You will then need to update Infinite Campus by entering the correct 9th grade entry date so that the cohort year will calculate correctly.
