Master Scheduling Overview

Prior to creating schedules, schools have some setup steps to accomplish to allow for an easier scheduling process.  These steps include setting up teams, creating sections, assigning teachers and room numbers, having courses added to the course deck, and period placement.  These tasks are typically completed by the secretaries for Elementary Schools, and the Building Administrators for Middle and High Schools.

Master Scheduling for the next school year is always started in the current school year and completed before summer break.  If you are required to complete Master Scheduling, you will be notified, and training classes will be offered.
