Upload a Behavior Letter

Browse to Index > Student Information > General  

Search for the Student.

Click on the Documents tab, then Upload New Document


Upload Type - Select “Due Process Discipline Letter”   The Date Uploaded defaults to the current date. Do not change this date.  

Use the comments box to identify the letter you are uploading.  Whatever you type in the comments box will show next to the document name in the list of documents for the student.  It is helpful to note the date of the event, hearing or suspension start date in the comments box as well.

Click the Browse… button to upload the file. Select the appropriate file on your computer and click Save.


The document is now in the Document List under the current year
