HB410 - Attendance Intervention Plan (AIP) Creation
This document details how to enter an AIP into the PLP area in Infinite Campus. It includes identifying team members, both internal and external, identifying specific areas of concern and setting corresponding goals, planning meetings, and keeping track of contact made with team members/parents.
Where to find AIP in Infinite Campus
Search for the student, then navigate to Main Menu > Student Information > PLP > PLP Documents
New Look Path: Main Menu > Student Information > PLP
You will see 4 sub-sections beneath PLP on the right:
PLP Caseload: This screen provides info about students for whom you are a team member. For students to appear here, you must have the role of team manager or service provider for at least 1 student.
PLP Contact Log: On this screen you can document AIP communications.
PLP Documents: This screen contains the actual plan and any other documents associated with the student’s AIP.
PLP Team Members: This screen allows you to manage the team that will be collaborating on the AIP.
