Once selected the students attendance documents will show. The students attendance plan was created March 29, 2023. The student would appear on Certify until the attendance plan is created.
This is reporting on Certify as the error ATT 130-0293-Habitually Truant MUST HAVE an Intervention Plan (AIP) PAST DUE because the student has an AIP created with a start date of November 5, 2020 and the AIP start date is more than 60 days prior to March 5, 2021.
In this scenario the Attendance Team should review student’s attendance along with the existing AIP. The team can decide to create a new AIP or copy the existing AIP making sure to enter a new start date with updated interventions and goals. All previous AIPs should be end dated when a new plan is created or copied by the Attendance Team.
Certify will no longer report the student as a violation when the AIP start date is within the 60 days of the HT date.
