Graduation Seal Tracking

On Feb 11, 2022 , three new forms were added to track local CCS Graduation Seals:

Student Engagement
Community Service
Fine & Performing Arts

Path: Index > Student Information > Forms > Module: Graduation Seals

To create a form for a student, select the student then browse to the Forms tab using the path above. Once there, click the blue New button in the lower left corner.

Scroll down and look for the Graduation Seals module, or use the search filter at the top. Click on the specific form you wish to open.

The top section of the form will be completed for you based on the student selected.

Complete the remainder of the form as indicated using the specific instructions provided. When completed, Save the form then click Lock to prevent further updates. This will also publish the form to the Parent / Student Portal. See sample below.

NOTE: For the Student Engagement form, please do NOT lock this form until all three activities have been entered, as they may be completed at different times. This is indicated on the form as well for your convenience.
