ES - Course Section Numbering

The Sections tab provides a view screen listing all sections for the selected course and basic identifying information about that section - the assigned primary teacher, where the section meets, in what term and for what period, and how many students are in each section.

When creating a section number for an elementary course, follow the guidelines below when assigning a section number by grade level. For example, if a new second grade teacher comes to your building and you already have two teachers who have been assigned section number 20 and 21, the new teacher could be assigned a section number of 23.
