Check voicemail remotely

You can check voicemails remotely via a non-CCS phone by doing the following:  

 

  • Call the 10-digit telephone number that has the voicemail box associated with it.

  • When you hear the voicemail box pick up, press * on your dial pad.  It will then ask you to enter your ID followed by pound (#).  (This is not your employee ID)

  • Enter the last 5 digits of the 10-digit number you just called.  It will then ask you to enter your PIN, followed by pound (#).

  • Enter the current PIN for the voicemail box, followed by pound (#).

  • Follow the additional prompts to access the mailbox.
