It is important to have a class roster of students attending your summer school location.  There are a few different reports that are available to be generated.

Ad-Hoc Reports

To generate a list of students attending summer school in your building under Ad Hoc, please follow the steps listed below:

1. Open Infinite Campus.  At the top of the screen, select Summer School from the 'School' drop down list.  (If you do not have this option please create a Campus Support Ticket)

2. Select your school from the "Calendar" drop down list.

3. On the 'Index" tab, expand 'Ad Hoc Reporting', and select 'Data Export.'

4. Locate the folder titled '_Summer Schl Rpts' and expand the folder by clicking the plus sign.  (If you do not have this folder please create a Campus Support Ticket)

5. Select the report you want to generate.  There are several options;

   1. student (SS) 3rd Grade Students 

   2. student (SS) Building List of Students - list of students currently enrolled in your building for summer school. 

   3. student (SS) Building List of Students - Counts - will give you a count of the number of students in your building enrolled for summer school.

   4. student (SS) Building List of Students w/ Flags - will run the same as the report above but will include a list of active flags for the student. 

   5. student (SS) Student Directory - will include student, grade, guardian, phone number, and address.

   6. student (SS) Student Directory - v2 - will run the same as the list above but also provides student gender.

   7. student Summer School VCAP Rosters - FOR HS ROSTERS - YOU MUST SELECT THE FOLLOWING - SCHOOL = SUMMER SCHOOL / CALENDAR = VCAP

6. Select an export format to generate your report. 

7. Click on the 'Export' button.
