Ad Hoc Report - Special Education Student's in EL Placement Track

This Ad Hoc filter will produce a list of student’s who have been rolled into the EL Placement Tracking calendar and also have an IEP. This filter can be run by staff members in the Special Education Department to find students that need to be placed into a school based on their disability.

 

  1. Select the next school year from the year drop down list. In this example, we have selected 21-22 as the next school year.

  2. Select the EL Placement Tracking school from the school drop down list

  3. From the Index select Ad Hoc Reporting > Data Export

  4. Under Saved Filter, scroll down to the _SPED folder and click on the (+ )sign to expand the folder. Scroll down and select the ‘student Special Education Student’s in EL Placement’ filter

  5. Under ‘Pick an Export Format’, select Delimited values (CSV). This will export the data to Excel. Do not change any of the other parameters

  6. Click on Export

The data has been exported into an Excel spreadsheet and can be saved or printed.

Review the students on the report to determine if any of them need placed into a school for the next school year.
