1	Jun 30, 2023	Final Enrollment Roll Forward	By this date, the final pass to roll students from 22-23 to their next year school in 23-24 will be completed. This will be the last mass Enrollment Roll forward. Any students new to the district or those who move over the summer will be enrolled in (or moved to) the appropriate school by Central Enrollment.
2	Jul 7, 2023	Final Post to Transcript	We will make one final pass on through all students (grades 6-12) to be sure any final grades were posted to the transcript tab. By this time you should have run the Transcript Audit Report located here: Index > Grading & Standards > Reports > Transcript Audit This report will show final grades alongside what was posted to the transcript, and they should match. In the event that they do not, the transcript should be must be updated to reflect the correct final grade. Your counselors have the ability to do this. You must add a comment to any transcript updates so that the change is properly documented. If you counselor is not available, you can submit a grade change request via the CCSDAS.
3	Jun 29, 2023	Begin data backup for Cloud Migration	At approximately 7:00PM, Infinite Campus will be unavailable while we back up all of our data to move to the Cloud servers. Campus will be down until the end of the migration sometime late in the day on Jun 30, 2023
4	Jun 30, 2023	Cut over Date to Campus Cloud	We are migrating our Infinite Campus data from local servers in the Kingswood Data Center to secure data centers in the Cloud operated by Infinite Campus. The migration will begin the night before when backups will be taken. This will likely occur after business hours. The next morning (June 30) we will begin the restore and testing process. We are planning for Infinite Campus to be down the entire day, however, if we are able to complete the process sooner we will send a message out to everyone.
5	Jun 30, 2023	Previous Year Write/Modify Access Revoked	Access to ADD or UPDATE data from the 22-23 school year will be revoked, and you will only have READ access to last year. This does not affect staff members working in summer school or those groups that complete work over the summer.
6	Jun 30, 2023	Data feeds paused	Data feeds from Infinite Campus to Clever and other 3rd party vendors stopped
7	Jul 5, 2023	Withdraw Graduates	All data on the Graduation tab must be updated by this date for graduates to be withdrawn correctly
8	Jul 7, 2023	Withdraw All Current Year Enrollments	All current year enrollments will be ended with a date of 06/30/2023
9	Jul 11, 2023	Portal Access Updated to hide Student Schedules	Access to the Portal will be updated to hide schedule information for students to allow schedulers to finalize students’ schedules before parents/students can access them online.
10	Jul 14, 2023	Canvas Data Feeds paused	Data feeds from Infinite Campus to Canvas stopped
11	Ongoing	Retentions	Students that are retained (with appropriate form submitted via CCSDAS) will have their 22-23 enrollment adjusted accordingly (changing their grade level and school when appropriate) immediately after the form is processed.
12	Jul 22, 2023	Active Year changes to 23-24	The default school year will change from 22-23 to 23-24.
13	Jul 24, 2023	Canvas Data feed resumes	Data feed from Infinite Campus to Canvas resumes
14	Jul 24, 2023	Data feeds resume	Data feeds from Infinite Campus to Clever and other 3rd party vendors resume
15	Jul 25, 2023	Additional Scheduling Tools Granted	Access will be enabled for schools to use the Roster Setup tool, to delete course sections, and for counselors to overload sections.
16	Jul 26, 2023	Mass Scheduling Tools Revoked for Woodcrest ES	Access to master scheduling tools will be revoked. Staff will no longer be able to use the Schedule Wizard and Roster Setup tools. Access to delete sections and counselor access to overload sections will be revoked.
17	Jul 26, 2023	Woodcrest ES school year begins	First day of school for Year-Round school at Woodcrest ES
18	Aug 11, 2023	Summer Graduation	9:30 AM East HS Auditorium
19	Aug 18, 2023	Summer School Post to Transcript	Final grades for all summer school students will be posted to the transcript tab.
20	Aug 18, 2023	Portal Access Updated to show Student Schedules	This can also be turned on sooner if requested by the school administrator via a Campus support ticket.
21	Aug 22, 2023	Scheduling Tools Revoked (All Traditional Schools)	Access to master scheduling tools will be revoked. Schools will no longer be able to use the Schedule Wizard and Roster Setup tools. Access to delete sections and counselor access to overload sections will be revoked.
22	Aug 23, 2023	Traditional School Year Begins
23	Sep 29, 2023	Deadline to complete PSW Assessments	All staff that utilize Behavior, Scheduling, and Attendance modules in Infinite Campus are required to complete an annual knowledge assessment in Public School Works (PSW) with an 80% or better score. All Infinite Campus Assessments must be taken yearly to maintain tool rights to enter data into Infinite Campus. Those who have not completed their required assessments by 2:00pm on Sep 29, 2023 will have security rights revoked from Behavior, Scheduling and Attendance modules until ALL required courses have been completed successfully. 24	Oct 2, 2023	Revoke Access if PSW is not completed by deadline above	On this date, users will start to see tool rights revoked if they have not passed the necessary assessments for their role. If users pass their assessments by the Sep 29, 2023 deadline, no further action is required. Only those users who do not meet the deadline will have their tool rights revoked. If tool rights have been revoked, check PSW Transcript (instructions: https://columbus.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SC/pages/138281207 ) to be sure that ALL of your required assessments are complete. If not, users must take and pass the assessments and then submit a Campus Support Ticket to have tool rights to be reinstated. If tool rights have been revoked in error, please submit a ticket so that the issue can be corrected.
