Rule Description

Students in grades 3 identified as NO-Not on Track must have one active flag on Infinite Campus.  

This rule is looking at only Grade 3 Students.  A Grade 3 student scored On-Track on the initial Reading Diagnostic and did not meet the cut scores on the Fall OST (AIR ELA).  They are required to have a Parent Notification Letter .

Students will report on this rule if the Parent Notification is missing more than 30 days after the Fall OST assessment date.   

Severity Level: 1 - CRITICAL 

How to resolve violations

  • Review the Data Validation Results table in Certify.  Determine which students need a Parent Notification Letter.
  • On Infinite Campus search for the student
