SPED - Special Education Prescriptions
Prescriptions, in terms of rule violations found on your Certify scorecard, are the methods by which you can correct the data issues that are found. The links below outline each rule defined in this section of Certify. - SPED 150-0001 Student has an IEP due between 16 and 30 days from today.
- SPED 150-0002 Student has an IEP due between 6 and 15 days from today.
- SPED 150-0003 Student has an IEP due in the next 5 days
- SPED 150-0004 Student has an IEP that is past due
- SPED 150-0005 Student has an IEP that has been under review for longer than 30 days.
- SPED 150-0006 Student documented as having an IEP under review while also having an active IEP.
- SPED 150-0007 - Student has an ETR that is Past Due
- SPED 150-0008 - Student has an ETR due between 16 and 30 days from today.
- SPED 150-0009 Student has an ETR due between 6 and 15 days from today.
- SPED 150-0010 Student has an ETR due in the next 5 days
- SPED 150-0011 If Event Type is IETR and Last Eval Date is empty, Last Eval Date must be set to Eval Meeting Date.
- SPED 150-0012 Student with IEP must have ETR.
- SPED 150-0013 - IEP Meeting Date must occur before IEP Start Date.
- SPED 150-0014 - IEP Transfer Date must occur after the IEP start date and before the IEP end date.
