(question)  Some of the rules on my score card are missing the severity level.  How do I know what the severity is for these?

Answer - last updated 2/10/2016

The severity level only shows when there is a new value.  So, anything between 1 and the next number is a severity 1, and so on down the list.  See example below.

(question) I am not getting email notifications, why not?

Answer - last updated 9/5/2017

  • Verify that you are listed in Certify in the correct group/school.  If you have moved schools recently, changed positions, or are new to the district, please send a support ticket so that your info can be updated.
  • Sometimes this can also be because your emails are in your Clutter folder in Outlook.  To prevent this, you can turn off Clutter by following these instructions.
