Run a Trend Report


Go to the Reporting Menu and select Trend Report


Select the Observation you wish to run the trend report for.  The User Variable for Trending should be "Campus"


Select the time frame for which you wish to run the report.  The default is 30 days. 

If you make a change to the default time range, make sure to click the Refresh button before continuing.  The text after "Runs to Include:"  should reflect the time range you selected.

Next, place a check mark next to the schools you wish to include in the report.  For example, if you only wish to have schools for one region, only select those schools.

Once all schools are selected, scroll to the bottom of the screen and choose which severity levels you wish to include in the trend report.  By default, all are checked.

Next, you can click View Report to see the results in your browser window, or Download Report to download a copy.
