Prescriptions, in terms of rule violations found on your Certify scorecard, are the methods by which you can correct the data issues that are found. The links below outline each rule defined in this section of Certify. - SCH 120-0010 - Student has been scheduled in the No Show Blocker Course for 15 days or more.
- SCH 120-0020 - Student enrollment start date is = today
- SCH 120-0011 - Student does not have any scheduled courses after enrollment start date.
- SCH 120-0021 - Enrollment start date greater than or equal to first day of school AND Roster Start date not equal to the enrollment start date.
- SCH 120-0022 - Student must not have schedule record where Roster Start Date equals Roster End Date.
- SCH 120-0030 - MS/HS Students must have all periods scheduled - Semester 2
- SCH 120-0031 - ES Students must have all periods scheduled (Exclude IM and CH) - Semester 1.
- SCH 120-0032 - MS/HS Students must have all periods scheduled - Semester 1
- SCH 120-0033 - ES Students must have all periods scheduled (Exclude IM and CH) - Semester 2
- SCH 120-0036 - Currently Active Students must not have Grade ND greater than 30 days from district entry date for the current school year after the enrollment start date
- SCH 120-0037 - Currently Active Students must not have Grade RD greater than 45 days from district entry date for the current school year after the enrollment start date
- SCH 120-0038 - NOTIFICATION - Currently Active Students transferred from Out of State/Out of District must not have Grade ND greater than 75 days from district entry date for the current school year after the enrollment start date.
- SCH 120-0039 - NOTIFICATION - Currently Active Students transferred from Out of State/Out of District must not have Grade ND greater than 60 days from district entry date for the current school year after the enrollment start date.
- SCH 120-0040 - NOTIFICATION - Currently Active Students fransferred from Other OHIO must not have Grade ND greater than 30 days from district entry date for the current school year after the enrollment start date
- SCH 120-0041 - NOTIFICATION - Currently Active Students transferred from Other OHIO must not have Grade ND greater than 45 days from district entry date for the current school year after the enrollment start date.
- SCH 120-0043 - Student scheduled in incorrect course for grade level.
- SCH 120-0044 - All Reportable Course Sections MUST HAVE a Primary Teacher
- SCH 120-0110 - Columbus Gifted Academy MUST HAVE Blocker Course at Home School.
- SCH 120-0120 - Columbus Global Academy MUST HAVE Blocker Course at Home School.
- SCH 120-0130 - Columbus Downtown High School MUST HAVE Blocker Course at Home School.
- SCH 120-0140 - Fort Hayes Career Center MUST HAVE Blocker Course at Home School.
- SCH 120-0150 - Options for Success MUST HAVE Blocker Course at Home School.
- SCH 120-0160 - VCAP Full Time MUST HAVE Blocker Course at Home School.
