Some of the rules on my score card are missing the severity level. How do I know what the severity is for these?

The severity level only shows when there is a new value. So, anything between 1 and the next number is a severity 1, and so on down the list. See example below.
I am not getting email notifications, why not?

Verify that you are listed in Certify in the correct group/school. If you have moved schools recently, changed positions, or are new to the district, please send a support ticket so that your info can be updated.
Sometimes this can also be because your emails are in your Clutter folder in Outlook. To prevent this, you can turn off Clutter by following these instructions.
