Rule Description
All Reportable Course Sections MUST HAVE a Primary Teacher. School districts need to track which teachers were teaching which students at any point in time.
Severity Level: 5 - Notification / Review
How to resolve violations
The Staff History tab tracks the history of teachers for a particular course section. The Staff History tab lists active primary teachers, teachers and section staff in addition to former primary teachers, teachers and section staff.
The Master Scheduler will search Course/Section to locate the course section reported on the scorecard and review the Staff History.
If the Primary Teacher has been ended, is incorrect or blank, assign the appropriate Primary Teacher to the section.
