Rule Description

Students must have a complete schedule with no gaps.  This particular rule is for first semester courses at Middle and High schools.


Severity Level: 1 - CRITICAL    

How to resolve violations

  • Review the Data Validation Results table in Certify. 
  • This report will generate a list of students enrolled in the school who have empty courses during any period of the school day.
  • On Infinite Campus review the schedule for the student's reporting on the Data Validation Results Table

How to prevent future violations

  • There are multiple reports available to the School Scheduler.
