Rule Description

Grade ND (Not Determined) is a placeholder grade that is used until either records are received from a previous school or the student can be assessed to determine the appropriate grade level.  Students are NOT remain in this grade indefinitely.


Severity Level:     5 - NOTIFICATION / REVIEW

How to resolve violations

  • Review the Data Validation Results table in Certify.  Determine which student(s) enrollment grade level to review.
  • On Infinite Campus review the student's enrollment
