Rule Description

Students must have a complete schedule with no gaps.  This particular rule is for first semester courses at Elementary schools.  (warning)  Since Instrumental Music and Chorus are not required of all students, these periods are currently excluded from this rule.


Severity Level: 1 - CRITICAL    

How to resolve violations

  • Review the Data Validation Results table in Certify. 
  • This report will generate a list of students enrolled in the school who have empty courses during any period of the school day.
  • On Infinite Campus review the schedule for the student's reporting on the Data Validation Results Table
