Scheduling Reports ***

There are some scheduling reports that are helpful in ensuring that all students are scheduled into every period of every day, and to verify that they are in the correct sections.

Index > Attendance > Reports > ADA and Enrollment Summary

  • This report will show an enrollment count by grade as of the day you specify.
  • To show student counts for next year, choose the next year in the upper left corner of Infinite Campus
  • Select 07/01/xxxx (where xxxx is the calendar year in which school begins)

Index > Scheduling > Reports > Students without Schedules

  • This report will generate a list of students enrolled in the school who have no courses scheduled
  • Student Information > Reports > CCS Student Locator Schedule
  • This report will generate a list of all students enrolled in the school
  • If there are gaps in student schedules, they will display as blank
  • This is another report that can be used for elementary schedulers to verify that students are scheduled into all the correct/same sections.

Index > Student Information > Reports > CCS Student Locator Schedule

  • This report will generate a list of all students enrolled in the school
  • If there are gaps in student schedules, they will display as blank
  • This is another report that can be used for elementary schedulers to verify that students are scheduled into all the correct/same sections.  Elementary Schools: Not every student will have courses scheduled for every period.

Scheduling > Student Gap Scheduler

  • The Student Gap Scheduler can be used  to find students with missing or incomplete schedules. (This is an update from information given during previous school years. This report can be ran all throughout the year.)
  • This report is also often used to find gaps in student schedules when loading students via the Schedule Wizard during Master Scheduling.
  • This report should  be ran the third and fourth Fridays of the beginning of the school year and also by the end of each grading period.

Some additional scheduling reports identify scheduling errors that can cause attendance issues.

Index > Ad Hoc Reporting> Data Export> Scheduling>student SCH Students in 2 or more

  • This report will generate a list of students who are scheduled in two courses during the same period.
  • Students appearing on this report have a period or multiple periods where they will show on two teachers attendance rosters and have the potential to be marked absent in error.
  • Students cannot have an end date in a course that matches a start date in another course during the same period.
