Rule Description

Students must have a complete schedule with no gaps.  This particular rule is for second semester courses at Middle and High schools.



Severity Level: 1 - CRITICAL    

How to resolve violations

  • Review the Data Validation Results table in Certify.  Determine which student(s) schedule to review.
  • On Infinite Campus review the student's schedule

Path: Index > Student Information > General > Schedule 

  • Students must have one course in every period and every quarter

    Adjusting a start and/or end date on a students schedule may result in the deletion of grades and attendance.  Please review the Infinite Campus Dashboard - Walk-In Scheduler for more detailed instruction.

  • Need Help? Submit a Campus Support Form.  The ticket must include the student name and student number.
