Prescriptions, in terms of rule violations found on your Certify scorecard, are the methods by which you can correct the data issues that are found. The links below outline each rule defined in this section of Certify. - ATT 130-0031 - Absence status should not remain unknown more than 5 days.
- ATT 130-0032 - Tardy status should not remain unknown after 5 days
- ATT 130-0050 - Students with 9 days or more equivalent Parent Authorized Absent Minutes must have PA Limit Flag ADDED
- ATT 130-0060 - No comments entered when any attendance code other than Absence Unknown or Absent Unexcused.
- ATT 130-0080 - Students with Behavior-Related Attendance Codes must have corresponding Behavior Resolution ID.
- ATT 130-0190 - HB410 Excessive Absences must have Absence Notification Letter.
- ATT 130-0191 - Habitually Truant must have a Parent Invitation Letter.
- ATT 130-0192 - HB410 Habitual Truancy must have Attendance Intervention Team
- ATT 130-0193 - HB410 Habitual Truancy must have Attendance Intervention Plan
