Adding Custom School Message

Administrators can update the report card for each term to include a school-wide message that will appear on all students' report cards when printed.

 

Classic Look: Index > System Administration > Preferences > Custom Elem Report Options

 

  • Select the report card for the appropriate grading period

  • Add your message in the School News & Information box at the bottom.

  • Click Save to save the changes

  • DO NOT edit any of the other sections of this setup screen, as will affect all report cards for your school and they may not print properly.

Your message will appear on the report card as shown below:
