Do I need to create a cumulative folder for a kindergarten (KDG) student?

Do new students require a physical cum record created?

No, since 7/1/21 students new to CCS store all cumulative records digitally as a part of the SIS.

If I receive IEP Progress Notes, should they be uploaded? If so, where?

IEP progress notes are stored in IEP Anywhere so they are considered duplicates. No need to keep.

Family previously moved, updated address in IC, chose to stay at current school. Now they want to switch to the home school. What do they do?

“They would need to complete an annual update and select they moved.  It will have them upload proof of address and ask them if they want to change schools.” Even though it was already updated in IC in 2020? “Yes, we can update it as an address change since the family has moved since the child was at Forest Park on 9/5/18.” - per Michael Taylor
