Infinite Campus Help has joined Information Technology in using the
Team Dynamix Self-Service Portal
1. Select the Infinite Campus Help Portal
You must log in using CCS credentials in the upper right corner.
2. Select a Category
Select the Category that aligns with your question or concern.
3. Select a Service
Each Category will have unique service options. Select the service that aligns with your question or concern.
4. Open a Ticket
5. Complete The Form
Please be as descriptive as possible, the more information provided up front will allow us to resolve your ticket quickly.
Don’t Forget to click Submit!
6. Check Ticket Status
Check your e-mail. Status updates will be e-mailed to your CCS email account. You can also check the status of a ticket on the TDX Portal.
