Schedule A Student Into The No Show Blocker Course

  1. Click “Walk-In Scheduler”.  If you see “View Schedule” you are already in the “Walk-In Scheduler”.

  2. In the “Effective Date” field, enter the following day’s date.  This will end date the student’s entire schedule as of the current date.  This is very important to prevent attendance and grades from being deleted.

  3. Click “End”. 
    • A message will open indicated that all active and future section rosters will be ended as of (current date).  Do you want to continue?  Click OK to the message.
    • The student’s entire schedule will be end date as of the current date.
  4. Click “Search”.  If you see “Student Requests”, you are already in the search option.

  5. Enter the next school day’s date in the “Start Date” field.

  6. Enter the course number N90130.

  7. Click “Search”.  The “No Show” course and section will appear in the search results.

  8. Click on the “No Show” section to schedule the student.

The student is now scheduled into the “No Show” blocker course.

Attendance must be entered for students in the No Show Blocker course for every school day.
