Master Course Catalog Add Template

When new courses are approved by the Office of Teaching and Learning, they need to be submitted to the Infinite Campus Team with a ticket, using the Excel template below.  This template ensures that all information is gathered so that the course is entered correctly. 

   NOTE:  This spreadsheet is NOT for schools to use when requesting a new course, this is done online in the CCSDAS.

Many of the columns in the spreadsheet have a drop list to choose from to make the job of filling out the form easier.  Also, there is set of instructions on the second tab that describe each field and how it should be populated.
