How to Review Data Results


Students will report when they have an active CCS enrollment and have Program Participation entry for Project Connect AND a district other than CCS is entered for Educating District. 

Students will be removed from the data results when the homeless program has an end date that has passed or CCS enrollment is ended.  Students will also come off this rule when CCS students have Educating District set to Not Applicable. 

How to Resolve Data Violations

Evaluate the data for each student on the Data Result table.  This may include reviewing the enrollment, the homeless participation entry and/or the documents tab.  

In this example,

  1. The student has an active CCS enrollment at Buckeye Middle School. 
  2. The Homeless Participation indicates the Educating District is Westerville City Schools.
  3. Check the dates on the Homeless entry.  This student enrolled at Buckeye on 4/10/2019.  The Homeless Detail has a start date of 1/29/2019.  
  4. The Students Documents from the 4/10/2019 enrollment include a Proof of Address.  

The student will come off the rule violations:

Is this student still being served as Homeless?  

  • No, end date the active Homeless Participation entry.

Is the Educating District supposed to be Westerville?

  • No, The Educating District is changed to Not Applicable
