How to Review Data Results and Resolve Violations
Students will report when they have an active enrollment and a Project Connect Flag but are MISSING Program Participation entry on the Homeless tab.
Students will be removed from the data results when the Project Connect Flag has an end date that has passed or student enrollment is ended. Students will also come off this rule when an active Homeless Program Participation is entered with the active Project Connect Flag.
PATH: Student Information > Program Participation > Homeless
In this example, the student has two Shelter entries that have ended but the Project Connect Flag has no end date. These violations can be resolved by asking... Does this student need a Program Participation? Does the Project Connect Flag need an end date? and taking the appropriate action.
