Rule Description

Identifies students that have meet an Ohio House Bill 410 threshold.  Students identified on this particular rule require a Parent Notification Letter.


Severity Level:     5 - NOTIFICATION / REVIEW


How to resolve violations

  • Log in to Certify and review the Data Validation Results table. 
  • On Infinite Campus review the students PLP Contact Log

Path: Index > Student Information > General > PLP > General

  • Generate the appropriate letter for the attendance threshold -  Parent Notification

Path: Index > Attendance > Attendance Letter Wizard

  • Submit a Campus Support Form if the student's name does not appear in the Attendance Letter Wizard - The ticket must include the student name and student number.
