Rule Description
Identifies students that have meet a Ohio House Bill 410 threshold. Students identified on this particular rule require a Parent Invitation Letter.

Severity Level: 1 - CRITICAL
HB410 Students report as a violation if the Parent Notification letter is missing from the PLP log 7 days after Excessive Absence date on the Truancy Tab.
How to resolve violations
- Log in to Certify and review the Data Validation Results table.
- On Infinite Campus review the students PLP Contact Log
Path: Index > Student Information > General > PLP > General
- Generate the appropriate letter for the attendance threshold - Parent Invitation.
Path: Index > Attendance > Attendance Letter Wizard
- Submit a Campus Support Form if the student's name does not appear in the Attendance Letter Wizard - The ticket must include the student name and student number.
