Only One Primary Teacher on the attendance sections and do not add any other teachers to attendance.
- Add "New Teacher" to ACADEMICS Summer Course
59900S ES ACADEMICS SUMMER
- All 5th Grade Teachers will be on this course.
89900S MS ACADEMICS SUMMER
- Add all 6th grade teachers to every section in the 60's
- Add all 7th grade teachers to every section in the 70's
- Add all 8th grade teachers to every section in the 80's
The Roster Setup tool will become available on June 3, 2019. You will have this tool until the day before summer school begins.
- Load the Student names from the Attendance Sections to the Academics Sections.
Copy Students from an Existing Section
- Select from the drop down list the section from which to copy students. This list includes responsive section offerings.
- Click the Save Student List and/or Copy Section. Students in the selected section will be copied into this section.
Student names will only appear AFTER the information has been saved.
