New Hire Eligibility

New benefits eligible employees of Columbus City Schools are given a 30 day window, from the date of hire, to enroll in benefits through CCS.

The benefits team will proactively open the employee’s New Hire event in ESS and will communicate that the enrollment is open. Once the elections are submitted, the benefits team will process the benefits and communicate the addition to each vendor.
