How to Register for Summer Experience

 

Summer Programming Eligibility The 2025–2026 summer programming is available for students in grade levels: KG, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th.

High school students will be registered by their school counselor.

  • Click the Log In button

  • Once logged in, scroll down to the Quick Links and click Summer Experience.

  • Confirm information and click Next - If information is not correct, please complete an Annual Update before submitting application.

  • Read the information and click the blue button for additional information if you have additional questions.

  • Click the blue New Summer Experience Application button next to the student you wish to sign up. This button will only appear for eligible students.

  • Review the pathways that are available for your student based on their grade level. Note which school(s) that pathway is offered to guide your selection.

  • Click the video icon to watch a clip about the program you are interested in:

  • The map icons are color coded to each program so that you can see where they are offered:

  • Hover over any icon to see the name of the school. The solid orange icon indicates your home address

  • Select the school you wish your student to attend. Eligible schools based on the student grade level will appear in the list below the map. You will also see how many seats are left available.

  • If there are no seats available, please select a different school from the list.

  • After selecting the school, select the bus stop most convenient for you.

  • You are not required to select transportation if you’d like to provide transportation yourself. If this is the case, DO NOT SELECT A STOP. If you need to remove your selection, click the red Clear Bus Stop button.

  • After selecting the bus stop, check the box to acknowledge meeting on time at the bus stop, then click the Register button

  • The bus stop you select will pop up after you click Register

  • Review the information and click Confirm.

  • If you are providing your own transportation and did not select a bus stop, you will get a slightly different confirmation. Click Confirm to continue.
