This link will take you to a brief survey to gather information about your child’s transportation needs for the remainder of the 20-21 school year. Your timely response will assist the Office of Transportation in providing reliable and safe transportation for your student(s).  Please make sure to answer each question in the survey. 

Log in to the Parent Portal and click on the More … menu item, then choose Transportation Needs Assessment under the Quick Links category.

 

Next, verify your contact information (make any necessary corrections) then click Next.

 

  1. Click your child’s name

  2. Answer the questions

  3. Click Submit

Repeat the process for each child
