Certify Improvements 12/11/2017

Certify rules regarding House Bill 410:

• We have successfully installed a new test server and are back on track with being able to develop, test, and modify our Certify rules.  We have a list of items to be addressed, at the top of which is making sure that students no longer appear on the attendance rules for House Bill 410 when the appropriate actions have been taken.  More updates to come soon.

New users receiving Certify Scorecards:

• We have added Social Workers and PEAK Instructional Assistants to the list of groups that receive scorecards.  These two groups will be notified and should be receiving scorecards later this week.

Certify Scorecards arriving late in the day:

• With the addition of many new rules this school year, the time to process them has increased dramatically, resulting in scorecards not being received as early as they should be.  We have had some success in tuning our database queries and adding additional hardware to improve this.  We are continuing to work through this process with the goal of score cards being in your inbox prior to the school day beginning.
