Rule: ATT 130-0060 - No comments entered when any attendance code other than Absence Unknown or Absent Unexcused.
This rule was updated to include the CLS Attendance Code. Anytime an absence is marked Class Excused a comment must also be included.
Excuse_Code | Reason this code reports as a violation |
CLS | The reason for Class Excuse must be recorded in the comments |
TUX | The Time of the TUX must be recorded in the comments |
ISS | The behavior Resolution ID must be in the comments. |
EUX | The Time of the EUX must be recorded in the comments |
PAA | Details from the Parent Note must be entered in the comments. |
