The Review Participants hyperlink will display a list of all participants, basic demographic information and parent/guardian contact information.  Click here if you want to review the participants.

After all details and participants have been entered,review the information in the referral before you submit it.   Once Event and participant details have been entered, click Save Draft to save the event and keep the referral in draft status. To submit a referral, click the Submit button on the referral.

A Process Inbox message will be sent to the indicated in the Notify field and the incident will be available for the school  selected in the Campus toolbar when entering the Referral.
