Enter Event Type & Participants
Select an Event Type from the list provided.
- Review the list and choose the item that most closely matches the event.

Add Participants (Offenders, Participants, Witness, or Victim)
- By default the filter is set to students. Type in all or part of the student name in the search box and click the Search button
- Choose the correct student from the list by clicking on their name
Enter Event Type & Participants
Role: It is important when adding Events and Participants to include not only the Offenders but also any participants, witnesses and victims.
Injury: Enter Injury Descriptions, if applicable.
Participant Details - Describe the individual’s participation in the incident
Save Draft - This will return to the Incident Details Screen.
