Calendars

Roll calendars forward from previous school year. This includes creation of dates, terms, & periods which are the basis for the master schedule. Certain staff will be given access to next year's calendar to begin the scheduling process

Enrollments

Enrollment Roll Forward (ERF) process initiated

  • Initial ERF is run in December to prepare for the School Choice Lottery.

  • This is repeated monthly through June to pick up newly enrolled students, student who moved to a different building, etc.

  • When the School Choice / Lottery begins, these updates will be loaded nightly into Infinite Campus

  • SPED, ELL placements made manually based on availability and student need
