A student's Cumulative (CUM) record should follow the student from school to school within the Columbus City School district.  If a student has enrolled at your school,  and you have not received their records, you should submit a Records Request to the previous school(s). For internal Record Requests, you will submit the request via Scribbles K-12 Transfer.  For external requests you will find a fillable form on Infinite Campus under the PLP log.

  • CCS Student moving from CCS school to CCS school
    • CUM folder should be sent when records are requested
  • Students enrolling in CCS from other districts or withdrawing to other districts
    • CUM folder remains at last CCS school of attendance and copies of student records are sent upon request by the new school of enrollment

The CUM folder should always be retained at the last Columbus City School of attendance. The purpose for this process; when a former student requests their transcripts they will remember the last school they attended, not where they were expected to attend / or enrolled for the following year.
