Please closely monitor your Cherwell tickets and the email responses from the system. Questions, requests for further information to complete the ticket and notes are often included in these emails.

Students must be in a household with a primary mailing address to be included in major reports such as report cards, schedules, and attendance and discipline letters.
Verify the Mailing Address
Verify if Mailing is checked on the address in the student’s Household, you must first search for the household.
Path: Index > Census > People > Search
- Select Student from the drop-down menu.
- Enter the Student Number or Student Name. Click Go.
- Results matching the criteria will display on the Search tab. Click on the Student name.
- Click on the Household tab.
- Review the instructions for Editing an Address, if there is not an X under Mailing or if the address has been end dated.
- If the Household is marked **Primary, the mailing box is checked, it’s possible that one of the student’s Guardians is in a household without an address. In this scenario, repeat the search for the Parent/Guardian's name and review the Household tab.
