1. Make sure you have General Information Selected 


2. Search for the Student.


3. Click on the student’s documents tab.
4. Click Upload New Document.



5. Upload Type - Select Due Process Discipline Letter (Hearing (student removal) and Out of School suspensions).  The date uploaded defaults to the current date. Do not change this date.  

Use the comments box to identify the letter you are uploading.  Whatever you type in the comments box will show directly after the Upload Type document name in step 5.  It is helpful to note the date of the event, hearing or suspension start date in the comments box as well.

6. Choose File



7. A menu will open, asking you where the file is located. Select the file to upload to this student’s documents tab.
8. Select open.


9. Select Save.


10. The document has been uploaded to the documents tab and shows up under the current year documents.
